Weekend Project: Bitters and Liqueurs

Finally had some time to do a fun non-sewing project.  The dandelion liqueur is powerful and quite tasty - some good dark roasted flavors balanced by the spiciness of cloves, allspice, cinnamon, ginger, citrus peels, and a few other secret ingredients.  All held together by the sweetness of raw cane sugar and a bit of molasses.  Need to experiment some more, but I can say that it goes well with bourbon.

Progress

Still workin' on the tent/sculpture contract.  About halfway done now.

Back from the wedding down in FLA, and up into some magical mountain frost.

New Machines

Picked up three machines at auction a few weeks ago.  I'll take some more pics once I have time to set them all up; probably late January.
